2. Promotions & Reward Points Terms and Conditions

Promotions are: Sales, Deals, Kits, Member Price, Discount and Member Points. We may introduce other price-reducing incentives intermittently, which will also fall under these terms and conditions.

Expiration date: Some promotions have an expiration date and time. You must place your order before the expiration date / time. We do not guarantee promotions after the expiration date.

Reward Points Conditions^Top of the page

Reward Points are only available to registered GetSexToy.SG members.
Reward Points are non-refundable and can’t be transferred between members.
Reward Points are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.
Reward Points will not be refunded for any cancelled order.
When buying with Reward Points, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Reward Points Account to cover the cost of your purchase.

3. Order logistic

Inventory information^Top of the page

We do not keep all merchandise/sex toys in inventory, in our warehouses. We cannot guarantee that a product listed as "In Stock" will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In rare cases, a product may be in stock when you place your order, and sold out by the time your order is processed. If any selected merchandise is temporarily out of stock and you have already made the payment. We will offer you the choice to have a full refund for the whole order or partial refund for out of stock products.

Out-Of-Stock Items^Top of the page

Out-of-Stock merchandise/sex toys includes items that are not currently in stock. In most cases, these items are on order from the manufacturers. When we receive the product, we notify you by email and ship it to you promptly. Back-ordered products usually come into stock within one to two weeks but can occasionally take longer. If your order is not ready to ship within 30 days, we will send you an update by email. If, for any reason, we determine that a back-ordered item will no longer be available, we will notify you immediately by email, cancel the item from your order and delete the item from our catalog.

Note: we never charge your credit card until the item ships; therefore, no adjustment will need to be made to your credit card upon order cancellation. If payment was made by check or money order, your credit will be placed in your GetSexToy.SG.sg account and will be automatically applied to your next order. If you prefer a check refund, please contact us by Email at contacts@getsextoy.sg to request one.

Product Return Policies^Top of the page

For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Only defective products（manufacturer’s fault） can be exchanged. Opened liquid products cannot be exchanged.
Contact us at here within 3 days of your order received to get your RC (refund code). Please do not send the goods over without a proper RPN from us.
Please send the goods in their original packaging within 7 days from the date of receiving returns acceptance mail from us with RC.
To identify your order, return the products with the order receipt and RC. Include a return reason: a note telling us what the problem was.
Customers are advised to use Registered / Recorded Mail Service as we will not be responsible for returns lost in transit or non-delivery.

Notes: Delivery/Postage cost for returns are to be borne by the customer. We will re-deliver/post the exchanged items using the best way at no extra cost.

However, due to fluctuating order volume, there may be delays in our response time to your request.
