How do I change my password? I’ve forgotten my password. Help?Can I change/ update my account information after I have registered?
If a member's personally identifiable information changes (such as your postal code), we will endeavour to provide a way to correct, update or remove that member's personal data provided to us. This can usually be done at the member information page or by contact us.
How do I subscribe to/unsubscribe from the GetSexToy.SG newsletter?^Top of the page
To subscribe, simply provide your Name and Email Address in our newsletter subscription form located in the nether left-hand corner of the content area on home page of our website, and press submit. To unsubscribe, simply enter Unsubscribe in the name field, and enter your Email Address in the email address field, and press submit. That's all there is to it. You can subscribe again at any time.
Reward Points
What is reward points?^Top of the page
The Reward Points Program is a program that allows GetSexToy.SG to reward you, our valued member for your continuing patronage. The program itself is quite simple. Whenever you make a purchase, you earn Reward Points. And once earned, those Points may be spent on products within our store.
How does reward point work?^Top of the page
When you make a purchase, you gain a number of Reward Points equal to the number of points awarded for the products in your purchase. The standard is 2 Reward Points for every S$1 that a product costs and Reward Points are redeemed at a value of $0.01 for every point. For example 500 points are worth $5.00 towards a purchase.
All pending points are listed in the Reward Points under your account page as waiting for validation and will stay there until approved/confirmed by GetSexToy.SG. Once any pending points have been approved, they will be released and your points will be credited. Points are normally updated/approved once the order ships that that the points were earned with. Once the points are approved they are ready for you to spend on whatever you want. Here are a few helpful tips.
- Reward points do not expire and can be accumulated until you decide to use them
- You must login to your account in order to view the status of your points
- During the checkout process you’ll be able to pay for your order with your points balance
Order
How long does it take to process/deliver my order?^Top of the page
We will only process an order after payment is received, processing usually takes 12 - 24 hours.
How do i know if my order has been successfully placed? ^Top of the page
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully submitted. If you do not receive an order confirmation email please contact us.
What if a product is Out-of-Stock?^Top of the page
Out-of-Stock merchandise includes items/sex toys that are not currently in stock. In most cases, these items are on order from the manufacturers. When we receive the product, we notify you by email and ship it to you promptly. Back-ordered products usually come into stock within one to two weeks but can occasionally take longer. If, for any reason, we determine that a back-ordered item will no longer be available, we will notify you immediately by email, cancel the item from your order and delete the item from our catalogue.
How do I cancel my order?^Top of the page
For all order cancellations, please indicate the invoice# and submit it to us with the subject of CANCEL ORDER via Contact Us
Because we make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible, Cancellations will only be accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. Please note that we cannot guarantee that if you email us within 12 hours that we can cancel your order.

Privacy
What information do you collect when placing an order? Why?^Top of the page
We collect your email address for emailing you an order confirmation; we do not share your email address with any third parties that will send you unwanted or spam mail. Your email address used to contact you online is used solely for use between you (buyer) and GetSexToy.SG to respond to any inquiries regarding orders or products and to comply with any requirements of law i.e.: verification for suspected fraudulent activities. Actual shipping address is collected for shipping purposes and is used between GetSexToy.com and the selected carrier only. Billing information is collected after you place your order for interoffice use only. Your billing information may only be disclosed to the issuing bank for verification purposes. What will my package look like? Will anyone be able to figure out what’s in my package?^Top of the page
Your privacy is of the utmost important to us. We guaranteed 100% discreet delivery. Neither the courier nor any third party is aware of its content of origin. All orders are shipped in plain packaging depending on the order. The only thing you'll see is your delivery address and our return address.
Does it show on my bill that I bought this sort of product?^Top of the page
For confidentiality, your credit or debit card statement will show only the name of "SHER W".

Can I have a shipping address that is different from my billing address?^Top of the page
When placing an order you can choose a different shipping address as your billing address on the shopping cart pages before checking out.

#Delivery times quoted are based on business days and are estimates only.
*Delivery charges vary according to the weight of the products ordered. To view our most current delivery charges, simply use our online shopping cart, select the delivery method and our shopping cart will automatically calculate the total cost of delivery for your order.
How do I ask for a refund?^Top of the page
Contact us at here within 3 days of your order received to get your RC (refund code). Please do not send the goods over without a proper RC from us. For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Only defective products（manufacturer’s fault） can be exchanged. Opened liquid products cannot be exchanged. Read more details about Refund Policy.
What's the standard delivery procedures of SingPost, what if I am not at home?^Top of the page
Please refer to the following steps of SingPost standard delivery procedure. Register Mail and SpeedPost please start from step 2.
- SingPost will try to put the package into mailbox if it fits.
- Otherwise SingPost will hand deliver the package to the shipping address
- SingPost will leave a collection note in mailbox when nobody's at the shipping address
- You can collect the package in nearby post office with the collection note
Do you refund shipping charges?^Top of the page
Delivery/Postage cost for returns are to be borne by the customer. We will re-deliver/post the exchanged items using the best way at no extra cost.
